Jasmine CMS is based on the idea of creating an engine to give the opportunity to use it for a variaty of sites: from blogs to big sized communities. It has plugins that make a nice website portal such as forum, image gallery, PM’s etc and is easy to code to. Also it is designed keeping in mind to have it as lightweight as possible. As less accesses to the database as possible give the advantage to use it on slow servers too. For those of you unfamiliar with the project, by definition Diferior (different + superior, get it?) is a multi-purpose content management system, meaning that it provides all the necessary tools to easily publish and organize your content. This project was started from a search on Google. Although things have improved, this “Eclipse Download Hell” document still is the fifth document returned by a Google search for “eclipse download”. Clearly there is still room for improvement in the way Eclipse is distributed.
