Virginia Tech Condolences
I want to take this opportunity to express my condolences to the victims and their families who were so horribly touched by the tragedy that occurred yesterday at Virginia Tech. Daily Cup of Tech mourns with you at the loss of your family and friends. We also mourn the loss of their contribution to society. The world is a lesser place now that they are no longer with us.
If you found this post useful, why don't you buy me a cup of coffee to show your gratitude?

April 17th, 2007 at 4:33 pmDriving home today, listening to the radio, once of the talk show guests said “Words are a poor symbol of the emotions we feel…”
So true. Literature tells us that words are all powerful. Pen is mightier than the sword. However, when we see events such as Virginia Tech unfold, words fail us. “I’m sorry to hear that” seem to be so inept, so inane.
