ANGRYadmins Like DCoT

Website of the Week! This is definitely a self serving blog entry but I think I can be selfish every now and again. Joe Bibby and Ryan Necessary of ANGRYadmins have named Daily Cup of Tech as their Website of the Week for the week of January 16, 2007. They have some very nice things to say about DCoT in their podcast.

They have some very nice things to say about DCoT and I am very humbled and flattered by their comments. I think my favorite part of the entire piece about DCoT says:

Joe: The other thing too is…it seems like it’s stuff I don’t see anywhere else which is more and more rare because it seems like everybody is just regurgitating Slashdot and Digg anymore.

And his guy, wherever he is getting his data from, it seems to be all fresh, you know. It’s not from Engadget. It’s not from Digg, you know. It’s not from the famous ones.

Ryan: Right. So it’s not just recanned stuff off the other sites. That’s cool.

Joe: So go check it out!

This is their eleventh podcast and they seem to have a lot of good information so listen to the entire podcast. Don’t just jump ahead to 21:42 and listen to the DCoT part! I think this is a website worth keeping an eye on (even if they did laugh at my website’s name!)
