Thanks to a number of very generous DCoT readers and a few file sharing sites, I have re-enabled downloads for this system.
I have also repaired the error that was being caused by the Eraser application.
Thank you to everyone who has helped either by providing file mirrors, suggestions, support, or just plain encouragement. It is really great to see the Internet community come to the help of one of their own.
