On Training
I apologize if the posts are a bit sparse these days but I have been on the road since last Friday. I am taking a good hard look at Citrix for the company that I work for and I am presently on training in a different part of the country.
For those of you who are unfamiliar, Citrix is a set of tools that enhances Microsoft Terminal Services. You can almost think of it like VNC on steroids. It can do some pretty cool stuff but there is a lot to it.
I am working on a couple of articles while in my hotel room but it is tough to get these articles completed when you aren’t right at home with your systems.
I’ll keep trying to get stuff out as I can.
Tim
If you found this post useful, why don't you buy me a cup of coffee to show your gratitude?

People expressing their opinions and not being willing to put their name to it. DCoT is very open to different opinions and you do not need to hide. You don’t need to use your real name or even enter your e-mail address but at least put a screen name so we can recognize you.Tim

I thought it was nice, as it shows you are thinking about your readers…even if you didn’t have anything “official” prepared.
In any case, have fun with Citrix, it is a great solution. Especially for constantly updated applications (unless you have a LOT of servers, in which case, you should become acquainted with some packaging tools!). The concept and utilizaiton of ‘virtual applications’ is well worth the licensing cost…!
