AutoIt Programming Tricks and Tips
When someone is new to a programming or a scripting language, it can sometimes be very frustrating to learn how to effectively use that language. Often examples can be very complex or do not contain “real world” examples. This can often be enough to convince a someone new to give up!
I don’t want this to happen to new users of AutoIt so I have written Useful AutoIt Scriptlets for three reasons:
- I want some clear examples to be available to new users
- I want the examples to be useful
- I want DCoT’ers to have an opportunity to suggest new scriptlets or contribute their own
I hope that the list of scriptlets that are available on this page will continue to grow and help new AutoIt users.
Now, I’ve got the ball rolling. It is now up to you, the reader, to keep up the momentum.
If you found this post useful, why don't you buy me a cup of coffee to show your gratitude?

What I actually meant to say was “It is now up to you…”
Thanks for catching me on that, Nick!
P.S. MOVE!!!
