October 9th, 2006 at 9:51 amI’m more of a fan of ‘Boxing Day’ and think that we should get it going here in America, alongside ‘Festivus’ just for the pure Sienfieldian references alone…!

I know it has nothing to do with boxing (like what I thought it was when I was a kid - - boy, was I disappointed!)…but we can dream, right?

October 9th, 2006 at 1:15 pmBoxing Day is huge in Canada. If you live in the US and can get to Canada for Boxing Day, be prepared to save a bundle. Basically, anything that did not sell before Christmas is now on sale, often for as much as 90% off! To get an idea of the insanity that occurs on December 26th in Canada, check out the Boxing Day Sale online for any Canadian company such as FutureShop or NCIX on Boxing Day. There is a reason they are called Crazy Canucks.
As for Festivus, the aluminum pole is ready to go and I’m prepared for the Airing of Grievanaces!
